❌Corona virus update❌ updated 04-01-2021
Following the recent update Flutterby Beauty will be close until further notice. Guideline's has suggested at least mid February.
Please contact me if you would like to be put on the priority list- Once i have a re opening date I will be first contacting anyone that's had appointments cancelled followed by anyone with a voucher and asked to be made a priority. I will then be opening up the diary online.
All vouchers valid during lock down will have extended use by date however long we are out of work.
The following guidelines will remain in place for when I can re opening...
❌Arrive to appointments on time, no earlier as I have to be strict with time to schedule full deep cleanse between clients.
❌You will be asked to fill out your consultation form prior to attending your appointment
❌You will be asked to use sanitizer on arrival which I will provide
❌Advise to be considerate when making bookings, close contact is not advised for a long period of time. You may feel more comfortable booking 2 separate appointments for different treatments suppose to coming and having them done together
❌Vouchers can be broken down and used separately (2-3 hr treatments can split into 2/3 visits)
❌If you develop or have recently had any of the follow symptoms however mild please do not attend your appointment/ Continuous cough/high temperature/ loss of/change in sense of taste or smell, There will be no cancellation fees for Covid related cancellations.
❌It is compulsory that whenever you go into a space where social distancing can not be met to wear a face cover- It will then be optional to if you keep it on during your treatment or not. It will also be optional if you would like me to wear gloves throughout the treatment.
❌I can't offer drinks and reading material like I normally do however I have disposable cups for water
I will be
✔️Wearing a Visor/mask apron and gloves at all times
✔️Maintain social distancing where possible
✔️Maintain frequent cleaning between every client and hand washing

⭐All Vouchers have no current expiry date, once life goes back to normal you will have 12 months to redeem your voucher. I will be prioritizing anyone who had to cancel their appointment and then anyone with a voucher⭐
