It is ideal to show the products to friends and family who cant attend your event, this allows you to take orders before your workshop date. I will go through any questions you may have as well as the running of the workshop/party and confirm the time of guest arrivals. I can adapt everything to you and your party, there will be different options to themes and what you want included e.g Radiance Rose, Winter Wellness, Detoxing. WORKSHOP/SPA/PARTY During the time I visited you before the event we will have gone into the full running to personal the event to you and your party, This is just a guideline to a few events I have previously done. 5pm- Guest arrival, and drinks and welcome packs with catalogues 5:30pm- Introduction to NYR and Product demonstration on host (optional) 6pm- Nibbles and Testing Products- Aromatherapy smell test (optional) 6:30pm- Time for guests to shop/ Options to enter raffle with treatment + Product prizes While guest are pre occupied treatments will be held in another room. 7pm-Finalising sales with guests- Payments can either be made in cash on product arrival unless paying beforehand is better or card payments, The host can choice to have all the products delivered to them and then they can give out the orders or to save any extra work and confusion I can personally delivery each order. Once all orders from the grouph have been collected in I can calculate what free + discounted shopping you are entitled to. Once you then send me your personal order everything for the group can be ordered taking usually 3-4 working days. Without Treatments event usually lasts 2 hours alone, adding in treatments will take longer dependant on your group size and treatment bookings.
